Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and building community engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Audience Engagement: Foster positive interactions with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
